Timmons Properties provides these payment options:
Online Payment via ACH or Credit Card: How does it work? Go to www.timmonsproperties.com to log into your homeowner portal and access your account. Available within the portal is our online payment service to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. - If you are already enrolled in recurring payments through the web portal, no action is needed. - If you are currently making payments through Union Bank/hoabankservices.com you will need to take action to change your payment method to any of the options listed.
Timmons' Caliber portal (to setup a new account): Access the site by going to www.timmonsproperties.com and clicking on “Member Log In”
- Click on Create Login if you are a new user. Your must have your account number and your property’s address. Enter your account number and email address associated with your account
- Caliber will send you an email with a link to finish setting up your account. The email link will allow you to create a username and password (usernames must be unique). You will be prompted to create a user name and a password. Once saved, you will be able to login into the web portal.
Timmons' Caliber portal (already have an account):
- Access the site by going to www.timmonsproperties.com and clicking on “Member Log In”
- You will be taken to the payment screen where you can complete the transaction. Payments can be made by ACH or credit card, and you can also set up automatic recurring payments (auto-pay).
- Once completed with the transaction and after clicking the ‘Submit Payment’ button, you will see that the payment has been processed and can view a receipt. When finished on the payment screen you can click the ‘Close’ button. This will take you back to the Accounting tab in Caliber Portal where you will see that the payment when it has been posted to the account.
Payment by Check or Money Order (Timmons does not accept cash): Please include your account number on your check (contact the property management company for your account number). Mail your payment remittance stub and check to: Bradford Hills HOA
